Acceptance of Terms
Codistry ("we" or "us") operates Codistry.com and provides consulting, training, and related services. By accessing the site, requesting information, or engaging Codistry, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization, and “you” refers to both you and that entity. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
Purpose of the Site
The site contains general information about Codistry’s offerings. Content is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or technical advice. Any professional services we deliver are subject to a separate written agreement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for the covered services.

Codistry’s total liability for any claims related to the site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the site or these Terms must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts. Nothing limits either party from seeking injunctive or equitable relief.

We may revise these Terms at any time. The “Effective date” reflects when they were last updated. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
