Philip Camilleri, Founder and CEO

Philip is a seasoned technologist, startup founder, and builder with over 30 years of hands-on experience in software engineering, infrastructure, and scaling high-performance platforms.

He co-founded SmartAsset.com, a financial technology company that was part of Y Combinator’s Summer 2012 class, and went on to help several million of people make better financial decisions through data, tools, and intuitive products.

Beyond fintech, Philip is deeply passionate about founder communities and early-stage ecosystems, founding FoundersList.com, a network and platform designed to connect startup founders with resources, talent, and opportunities.

Philip was previously CTO of Bitkraft Ventures, where he rebuilt core systems from the ground up using 100% AI-generated code. That experience reshaped his view of software development, and led him to launch Codistry.

John Clayton, Head of Revenue Operations

John has 15+ years of experience across the global tech ecosystem in Europe, the Middle East, and APAC, leading commercial engagements with both enterprise organizations and high-growth startups. He has built and grown strategic accounts across telecoms, IT, and manufacturing, helping companies scale technical teams and adopt new technologies.

Over the past 8 years he has also been deeply involved in startups, co-founding ventures in HRTech and SportsTech and working closely with founders through early-stage growth and commercial expansion.

This mix of enterprise sales, startup building, and close collaboration with engineering teams gives him a strong perspective on how high-performing technical teams scale — and how companies are moving toward AI-native development.
